Are you planning to visit Belize but don’t want to go through the hassle of contacting each hotel for availability or making your reservations? If yes, we are your solution, we will do the work and go through the hassle of contacting each hotel for availability and even book your stay, tours etc.
How does it work? As a group of hotels, we have made it easy for individuals or agents to book multi destination holiday through the Rainforest & Reef Reservation system. All you need to do is send ONE email to info@rainforestreefbelize.com with the dates of travel with the names of the hotel(s) you'd like to book and we do the rest for you . . . it’s that easy.
What's the catch? Absolutely nothing! As a marketing group we work together as our own tour operator that provides seamless service from one property to another since 1993 when the group decided to open a reservation office to handle all the reservations for all its members. It’s like contacting all the hotel(s) directly and making your reservation.
Can I book other hotels that are not members? Yes, you can. We work with other hotels such as Blancaneaux Lodge, Turtle Inn, Victoria House, Portofino, Lamanai etc.
Will I receive a confirmation or invoices? Yes, you will receive one invoice for the entire booking along with the confirmation numbers from each hotel and you will only need to make one payment and we will take care of distributing the payment to each hotel providing service. It’s that simple!
How do I make payments? Payment option is by either Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer. Note - paying with credit card a 3% processing fee is added and by bank wire transfer we ask to add $20 for the wire fee.
Rates and Cancellation Policy: You are charged the same rates that each hotel would charge if booking direct with them. We do not mark up and if there are any SPECIALS offered by the hotels during the time of your booking it is offered to you as well. Cancellation policy – the first hotel cancellation policy is applied.
The group consist of the following hotels: The Phoenix Resort, Matachica Beach Resort, The Lodge at Chaa Creek, Hidden Valley Inn, Turneffe Flats, The Inn at Robert's Grove, and Hamanasi Dive & Adventure Resort.
